Dyno testing release & waiver of liability

Dynamometer testing and vehicle tuning are undertaken at the owner's risk. Operating a vehicle at high load and RPM can expose or cause mechanical failure, including but not limited to engine, driveline, tyre, brake, cooling and fuel-system faults.

I confirm that I am the owner of the vehicle described above, or am authorised by the owner to present it for testing, and that the vehicle is roadworthy, mechanically sound and appropriately maintained for the service requested.

I release the operator, its staff and premises from any liability for loss, damage or injury to the vehicle, its occupants, or any property arising from the testing, tuning or associated handling of the vehicle, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

I consent to the operator storing my vehicle's registration, make, model and resulting performance data, and to that data being displayed on the public results page linked to the registration. My personal contact details are used only to arrange the booking and are not published.
